What does the personalization station entail?

It's an area created for your event where guests can choose what gets printed on their ball. We handle the entire process – from setting up the equipment to handing over the finished ball.

How it works

Before the event

  • We discuss your wishes and the event's goals.
  • We agree on which balls will be used and what designs you want to offer.
  • If needed, we prepare the company logo or other designs before the event.

During the event

  • We set up an attractive personalization station.
  • Guests choose their text or design.
  • We print the ball on-site in a few minutes.
  • We check the quality and hand over the finished ball immediately.

After the event

Guests leave with a personalized gift that will remind them of your company or event long after it ends.
